There is currently no vaccine for infantile rash. Measles is an acute febrile rash disease common in infants and young children, caused by human herpesvirus types 6 and 7 infection, also known as infantile roseola. It is a self-limiting disease and there is no specific drug or vaccine. Treatment is usually symptomatic. Symptoms of infantile emergency rash include the sudden onset of high fever in infants, usually above 39℃, which lasts for 3~5 days and then suddenly subsides, followed by a rash which gradually subsides and the condition recovers quickly. Treatment of infantile rash, generally do not need special treatment, mainly symptomatic treatment, there is no vaccine, especially for children with high fever, should be given to reduce fever, strengthen the supply of water and nutrition. Acetaminophen drops and ibuprofen extended-release capsules can be given on medical advice to help reduce fever and relieve discomfort after the child’s temperature drops. It is recommended to apply cold compresses to reduce fever and seek medical attention. Pay attention to the protection of young children during the day to avoid injury.
