What drugs are used for traumatic infections

Most traumatic infections are clinically bacterial and can be treated empirically, often with penicillin or cephalosporins, and a skin test is required prior to administration. If the infection is heavy, empirical treatment is not effective and the wound has become septic, the pus can be sent for drug sensitivity testing, and the appropriate anti-inflammatory drug can be selected according to the results of the drug sensitivity test. If the wound has become septic, the wound should be incised and thoroughly flushed with drainage, and the medication should be changed regularly with antibiotics to reduce inflammation.
