The effect of dream loss on the body

Ejaculation in men without masturbation or sexual intercourse is called seminal emission, while seminal emission in dreams is dream emission, which is a normal physiological phenomenon of “seminal overflow”.

2, waking up in the middle of the night sleep deprivation: dream semen will quickly become cold, stimulate the skin and wake up, but if frequent dream semen wake up many times, it will affect the mental state, and even neurasthenia affect the normal production, life.
3, excessive indulgence in physical weakness: smoking and alcohol, over-eating obesity, masturbation / excessive intercourse and other bad habits may cause frequent dream loss, and over time is likely to interfere with normal sexual function, such as premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, physical weakness, kidney deficiency and a number of other adverse effects.
4, immunity decline disease more often: male genitalia are more prone to inflammatory infections, such as glansitis, circumcision, prostatitis, etc. may trigger frequent seminal emission.
5, sperm quality significantly decreased: frequent seminal emission, the testes are too late to produce the next batch of sperm, it will lead to a small amount of semen and thin, sperm quality is poor, and even affect fertility.
Generally speaking, transitional wet dream is not good for your body, you can effectively reduce the number of wet dream by not wearing tight clothes, not sleeping prone, avoiding overheating in the genital area, reducing the stimulation of genital friction, improving lifestyle habits, and insisting on exercise.
However, if you follow the above suggestions and still do not improve, or if you are very uncomfortable after having wet dreams, it is likely that frequent seminal emission is caused by diseases of the reproductive system, so go see a doctor as soon as possible.
