Some children refuse to urinate due to fear of pain. They should be encouraged to drink more water to dilute the urine and reduce the pain of urination.
Scattered bleeding spots or a small amount of blood oozing from the circumcision after surgery is normal.
A small amount of bruising may appear at the root of the penis, which is due to subcutaneous bleeding after the injection of local anesthesia and will subside on its own.
On the 2nd~3rd day after surgery, there will be yellow discharge from the head of the penis, which is caused by the separation of the foreskin and glans adhesions, this is not pus! The discharge and part of the blood crust cover the head of the penis in 4~5 days after the operation, and the color gradually changes to color, which will gradually decrease in 2~3 weeks after the operation.
Exercise You can walk on the ground on the day after surgery, and most children can return to school about 10 days after surgery. You should avoid bicycles, playing soccer or other high-intensity, strenuous sports for 2 weeks after surgery.
Diet A small amount of water can be consumed 2 hours after surgery. If there is no vomiting, children can gradually eat easily digestible food (such as rice porridge and noodles) and return to their daily diet the next day.
You can return to your daily diet on the day after local anesthesia surgery.

You can rub a bath within 5 days after surgery, and take a bath or shower more than 5 days after surgery. Keep the incision dry and disinfected after bathing.
Wound care Benzalkonium chloride disinfectant solution can be sprayed on the circumcision after discharge, 2~3 times/day.
On the 5th day after surgery, dilute benzalkonium chloride solution 5~10 times with clean warm water and soak the small JJ for about 15 minutes, 1~2 times a day, until the circumcision blood scab falls off completely. You can promote the softening of the blood scab, disinfect the circumcision, and speed up the fall of the nail! Some children feel pain or itchy skin and rash after using benzalkonium chloride solution. You can use “rehabilitation new liquid” (available in ordinary pharmacies), the use of the same as benzalkonium chloride!
Benzalkonium chloride liquid dilution preparation method (benzalkonium chloride stock solution: clean warm water ≈ 1:5~10 times).
Check the circumcision for bleeding every 2 hours on the day after the outpatient surgery patient goes home, and once at night. If there is active bleeding, please use gauze or clean dressing to compress the bleeding location for 5-10 minutes, and if the bleeding cannot be stopped, please take the child back to the hospital for consultation.
Patients with outpatient surgery remove the penile compression bandage by themselves 48 hours after surgery or return to the hospital to remove it.
Pain medication oral disulfiram tablets or depot tablets 0.5 capsule~1 capsule/time, try not to take them on an empty stomach.
Compound lidocaine ointment is applied to the circumcision and glans.
