Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia has a high morbidity and mortality rate, and the necrotic tissue is difficult to recover completely. Patients have a poor prognosis and are often left with fibroplasia and even bronchiectasis and emphysema after cure, causing symptoms of dyspnoea and chest tightness, which affect lung function.
