What’s wrong with the constant watering of the eyes?

Non-stop tearing of the eyes is mainly seen in the following diseases: First, it is a foreign body in the eye. After the foreign body enters the eye, it will irritate the surface of the eye, leading to conjunctivitis or lesions of the corneal epithelium, so there is tearing, foreign body sensation and other discomfort, and the foreign body needs to be removed, along with anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment. Secondly, electrophthalmic uveitis, which has a history of welding exposure or ultraviolet radiation, causes diffuse punctate defects in the corneal epithelium, exposing the nerve endings, resulting in foreign body sensation, tearing and other uncomfortable symptoms, and requires antibiotic drops combined with artificial tears to promote the repair of the corneal epithelium, which can be significantly improved or cured in about 48 hours. Thirdly, it is an impaired eyelash, which can repeatedly stimulate the corneal epithelium, causing a defect in the corneal epithelium, resulting in tearing symptoms.
