Excessive suction, hematoma and infection can cause complete loss of subcutaneous fat, resulting in adhesions between the skin and deep muscles, and muscle movement with the skin, producing a depressed or stiff appearance. Treatment should be taken depending on the situation with or without subcutaneous peeling and autologous free fat or fascial tissue graft filling to solve the problem.
