Training for cervical spondylosis

For patients with cervical spondylosis, choosing appropriate sports for exercise is both a treatment method and an extremely important means of consolidating the efficacy of treatment. Exercise is to some extent better than drug therapy. Because the cervical spine is the largest range of motion of the entire spine, but in daily life there are very few opportunities to move to the maximum extent. In the case of cervical spine patients, aging and degenerative changes in the cervical spine affect its physiological function and cause a series of clinical symptoms. Through exercise, the physiological function of the patient’s neck can be enhanced, the symptoms can be eliminated and the therapeutic effect can be consolidated. However, the exercise methods for neck and shoulder pain caused by different reasons are not the same. If the wrong exercise method is adopted, it will not only fail to relieve the condition, but also aggravate the pain and destroy the normal small joint structure of the cervical spine, resulting in serious consequences. Therefore, patients with cervical spondylosis need to ask a professional doctor to guide the training, which can often achieve twice the result with half the effort.
