How to regulate fatty liver to get better faster

1. Healthy diet: fatty liver patients need to adjust the dietary structure, control sugar intake, control dietary calories. Avoid high fat and high calorie diet. Increase dietary fiber and whole grain foods. Do not eat fatty meat, do not eat animal offal, eat less fried food, eat less sweets, drink less sugary drinks. Try not to eat too much dinner and prohibit excessive alcohol consumption.
2. Strengthen exercise: avoid sitting less and moving more in patients with fatty liver, and choose physical exercise according to patients’ interests. For example, insist on 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day and arrange 5 times a week. Or choose 20 minutes of high-intensity aerobic exercise, three times a week.
If fatty liver is not controlled in time in the early stage, it will turn into severe fatty liver and affect the liver health.
