Chickenpox scabs in a few days

The scabbing of chickenpox in a few days is related to the patient’s immunity and skin repair ability, which needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Chickenpox is caused by varicella-zoster virus infection, the early stage is dominated by fever, 1-2 days later will quickly enter the rash phase. The rash of chickenpox appears in batches, and the process is patchy rash, papule, blister, crust, and the whole process takes about 10 days. If the patient’s immunity is normal and the skin repair ability is normal, the crusting time of each batch of rash is usually about 6-7 days. However, if the patient’s resistance is weak and the skin repair ability is also poor, the scabbing time may be extended. Chickenpox is contagious from 2 days before the onset of the disease until all crusts have formed, and once diagnosed, isolation measures should be taken promptly. During the onset of chickenpox, you should avoid bathing, to light, easy to digest diet, avoid spicy, greasy food and fishy things such as beef and mutton, seafood, etc., so as not to affect the improvement of skin lesions.
