Do childhood vaccinations cause diabetes?

Vaccination of children does not cause diabetes.
Such as DPT vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, measles vaccine, polio vaccine and so on after following the doctor’s advice, generally has no direct link with the development of diabetes mellitus. Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Therefore, vaccination of children does not cause diabetes.
The diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus in children are the same as those for adults. After excluding the elevation of blood glucose caused by infections, trauma and other stress conditions, if the fasting blood glucose ≥ 7.0 mmol/L and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L are accompanied by symptoms such as polydrinking, polyphagia, polyuria, weight loss, etc, it may be considered diabetes mellitus, and glucose-lowering treatments should be prescribed by the medical practitioner.
It is recommended that children with diabetes mellitus go to the hospital in time to avoid delay.
