Do newborns with bronchopneumonia have to be hospitalized?

Hospitalization is generally recommended for bronchopneumonia in newborns. Newborns are born within 28 days of birth, and for this group, because of the complex pathology of newborns, often combined with lung infections and rapid changes in their condition, it is recommended that newborns be kept in a warm box for observation. Some newborns are born with lung infections due to inhalation of contaminated amniotic fluid and meconium, while others are born with aspiration infections due to cold and environmental factors, mostly bacterial and viral infections. For newborns, hospitalization is recommended because the signs are not typical, and blood pressure and respiratory heart rate are closely monitored.
