Talking about thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer

According to the data released by cancer hospitals, the incidence rate of thyroid cancer is basically increasing at a rate of 30% in the last two years, ranking first in terms of increase. However, it is not that there are more triggering factors for thyroid cancer, but it has a lot to do with the popularity of medical checkups. The detection rate of thyroid nodules detected in medical checkups is over 60% for healthy people. For benign nodules, there is no need to rush to seek medical help, just keep an eye on them and keep regular annual checkups. The vast majority of thyroid nodules found on physical examination are benign and do not need to be overly concerned. Only about 5% of all thyroid nodules will develop into thyroid cancer.
