Do Chinese people take the same dose of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors as foreigners? Is the efficacy the same?

Among the 4 PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors currently approved by the FDA for NSCLC treatment, Nivolumab has been the first to obtain efficacy data in Chinese patients through the CHECKMATE078 study. The study confirmed that the dosing and efficacy of Nivolumab in the Chinese population was not significantly different from that of foreigners.

Studies of Pembrolizumab, Atezolizumab, and Durvalumab recruiting Chinese lung cancer patients are ongoing, and there is no evidence yet to confirm that these 3 drugs are still available in the same doses in Chinese patients.
