The occurrence of rectal cancer is related to genetics, dietary habits, work and rest patterns, emotions, and radiation. However, the common main causative factors are caused by bad habits, such as people with high fat, high protein and low fiber characteristics, as well as those who like high oil and high salt and over-processed cooking tastes, which may induce bowel cancer. Identification of pain characteristics in the early stage of bowel cancer 1. Local invasion of tumor, especially when it invades into the submucosa or muscle layer. The frequency and degree of pain increases and worsens with the increase of invasion depth; 2.pain caused by intestinal irritation caused by tumor; 3.pain caused by tumor invasion to other adjacent organs with mutual adhesion, which can be significantly increased when patients walk or move; 4.pain caused by intestinal obstruction caused by tumor; 5.abdominal pain caused by cancerous intestinal perforation caused by tumor. Bowel cancer pain and abdominal pain are different 1. Some patients with bowel cancer do not have early typical symptoms of blood in stool and constipation, but show vague pain in abdomen. The etiology of abdominal pain is complicated, and sometimes the diagnosis of bowel cancer is easily missed when kidney stones are detected. 2.The nature of pain of bowel cancer is different from that of kidney stone. It is suggested that abdominal vague pain should be considered as intestinal problem and it is necessary to do colonoscopy – early detection of bowel cancer can reach 60%~70% cure rate.
