In recent years, more and more patients who have failed several times to undergo IVF are seeking TCM treatment. For this reason, we have collected 68 cases of such patients in the past 5 years, according to individual identification, tonifying the kidneys and nourishing the blood, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, etc. After 3-6 months of follow-up with TCM treatment, 7 cases became pregnant naturally, 46 cases succeeded in IVF again (81%), 10 cases were unsuccessful and 5 cases were lost. Summing up this ideal pregnancy rate, we carried out herbal interventions before and after IVF, especially herbal treatment after IVF failure, and formulated follicle 1 and 2 formulae and endometrial formulae according to the follicle and endometrial condition, together with unique TCM treatments such as follicle promotion and endometrial increase by acupuncture.
