Individuals do not see things in the outside world in the same way and have varying degrees of nervousness, excitement, fear and anxiety about their presence. People who are emotionally volatile and sensitive are more likely to have sympathetic excitement and a greater likelihood of cold sweats.
Also, some diseases that can cause cold sweats such as Meniere’s disease and pheochromocytoma are paroxysmal in nature and cold sweats tend to occur when there are frequent episodes of the disease.
