Do freckle-like nevi fade away naturally?

Freckle-like nevi do not usually fade away naturally.
A freckle-like nevus is a brown or black spot on the skin or mucous membranes. It can occur at the junction of the skin and mucous membranes or on the conjunctiva of the eye. Freckle-like nevus is a relatively common pigmentary abnormality and its occurrence may be genetically related. It can be found anywhere on the skin and appears as a brown or dark brown spot that is round in shape, usually no more than 5 mm in diameter brown.
The surface of the spots may be slightly flaky, but their delicate skin texture remains unchanged. The pigmentation is uniform and consistent, with the edges gradually fading to approach normal skin colour. Freckle-like nevi tend to occur at an early age and can increase gradually into adulthood. If a freckle-like nevus suddenly grows a lot locally, the patient must go to the hospital to check what is causing it, and for this case, the patient should have a thorough analysis.
In most cases, the only time to consider the possibility of a particular manifestation of a syndrome is when the darker growth is relatively rapid.
