How long can you live with white matter lesions?

Cerebral white matter lesions are incurable, progressively worsen with age, and accelerate if combined with other underlying diseases (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc.). Most of the cases are in the elderly, and none of the related clinical deaths are directly caused by white matter lesions. There is also a lack of clinical statistics, so it is impossible to estimate the specific survival period.
