Precautions after embryo transfer

       1.Patients rest in the operating room for about half an hour after transplantation.  2.Adequate bed rest after transplantation, no activity restriction.  3, no special dietary requirements, eat less or no spicy, cold and other foods. Pay attention to keep warm, prevent colds and use all kinds of medications as prescribed by the doctor. Stop taking aspirin one week after transplantation.  5. Come to the hospital 14 days after transplantation to measure the blood HCG and retest the blood HCG again if necessary to determine if pregnancy is confirmed.  6. If pregnancy is confirmed, continue to use all medications at the same dose and the same usage until the fetal heart appears and then reduce the dose. Ultrasound examination should be performed 21-28 days after transplantation. If the pregnancy is triplet, reduction of fetus must be performed in time.  7.If the blood test result is not pregnant, stop all the medications, and the next month frozen embryo transfer or restart the IVF treatment cycle is feasible.  8.Please come to the hospital promptly if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, vaginal bleeding, decreased urine output, or significant weight gain.
