Treatment of brown bruises

Melasma is a brownish-blue patchy damage that affects the sclera and the distribution area of the trigeminal nerve on the same side. It is a dermal pigmentation skin disease, mainly manifested as brown, cyanotic or blue-black spots with clear borders that do not fuse. Due to the deep pigmentation area, the most common and effective method is laser treatment. Laser treatment is to use laser to irradiate the local skin, break up the melanin particles under the skin tissue, and use the metabolic function of the skin to discharge the melanin under the skin tissue, so as to achieve the ideal effect of removing the spots. Laser treatment generally does not burn the skin and will not rebound after healing, and most patients can be effectively cleared, so it is widely used clinically. The course of treatment for brown spots with laser is long, usually requiring 4-6 treatments, and the number of treatments is related to the depth of pigmentation. Each treatment interval should be more than 4-6 months. After treatment, scabs will generally form, and the average period of scabbing is 3-5 days, and you cannot wash your face during the first 2 days of the scabbing period. During the treatment period, antibiotic ointment should be used to prevent infection, and attention should be paid to sun protection and appropriate use of shades.
