Wash your face, how to be healthy?

Following your dermatologist’s advice will keep your face healthy. Use a gentle, non-exfoliating, alcohol-free cleanser. Wet your face with warm water and then use your fingertips to clean your face. Using a washcloth, sponge or anything else to wash your face can irritate your skin. Do not scrub hard as it tends to irritate the skin. Wash with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel. If the skin is infected or itchy, use an emollient. The skin around the eyes is thin and tender, so be gentle with the emollient and do not pull too gently. Limit the number of times you wash your face to no more than 2 routinely, you need to wash your face after sweating. Wash your face once in the morning and once in the evening, and you need to wash your face after heavy sweating. Sweating, especially when wearing a hat or helmet, tends to irritate the skin, so you should wash your face as soon as possible after sweating.
