Prevent myopia, six good habits

Due to unstable travel, the distance between the book and the eye constantly change, the eye must constantly change adjustment, at this time, such as the book is too small or printing unclear, it is easy to cause visual fatigue.  3, do not lie down to read, on the one hand, can not maintain a reasonable distance; on the other hand, it is also difficult to get the right natural lighting and artificial lighting, easy to visual fatigue.  4, reading light to be sufficient, to be from the left, uniform not shaking eyes, do not read in the strong direct light, so as not to damage vision.  5, continuous reading time should not be too long, every 45 minutes after reading, should rest 10-15 minutes, and do eye exercises, recess or outdoor activities, should look up to the distance.  6, adhere to do eye exercises, help to lift eye muscle fatigue, enhance eye blood circulation, to achieve the purpose of preventing myopia and protect vision.
