Be wary of “drinking” out of the femoral head necrosis

With the development of the economy and society, nowadays, friends gathering, business negotiation, workplace entertainment and other occasions, there is no shortage of goblets and glasses. Moderate drinking can promote blood circulation, relieve mental tension, and reduce the occurrence of stress-related diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases, but if long-term, heavy drinking can be extremely harmful to our health, such as fatty liver, pancreatitis, memory loss, and of course, the femoral head necrosis we are talking about today. Long-term heavy drinking is one of the three major causes of femoral head necrosis in young adults, which we will call “drinking” out of femoral head necrosis. Some people may ask, “Why does drinking cause femoral head necrosis? It is also important to introduce what kind of structure the femoral head is. The femoral head is a pivot in our human trunk and lower limbs. The blood supply to the femoral head is not enough, and the increase in the size of the fat cells in the femoral head caused by long-term heavy drinking increases the pressure in the narrow space of the femoral head and reduces the blood supply, which, together with the blood stagnation caused by drinking, further reduces the blood supply to the femoral head and causes femoral head necrosis over time. So, what are the symptoms of alcoholic osteonecrosis in the early stage? The pain can be radiated to the inner thigh and knee joint, and sometimes it is easily misdiagnosed as lumbar disc protrusion or knee joint disease; as the disease progresses, symptoms such as difficulty in squatting, difficulty in putting on socks and limping will gradually appear in the middle and late stages. Those who have the habit of drinking a lot of alcohol for a long time should go to a regular hospital in time once the above situation occurs.
