How to store the expressed breast milk?

It can be stored at room temperature (25 degrees) in a sterilized clean container for 6-8 hours, in a refrigerated compartment at 5 degrees for no more than 72 hours, and in a frozen compartment at -18 degrees for 3 to 6 months. Thawed milk (not heated) is stored at room temperature for about 3 hours, and heated milk can be fed only for the same time. Any milk that has been thawed cannot be frozen again.
