The fetal heart is usually formed at 50-60 days of pregnancy. For women who are confirmed to be in early pregnancy, if they have regular menstruation, the fetal heart and fetal bud can be observed by ultrasound at 7-8 weeks of pregnancy to determine the development of the embryo. If a woman has regular menstrual periods, ovulation will be delayed and the formation of fetal heartbeat and fetal bud will be delayed, usually around 60 days. A normal fetal heart is regular and strong. At around 17-20 weeks of pregnancy, pregnant women can hear the fetal heart directly in the abdomen using a stethoscope, usually 120-160 beats/min. If <120 beats/min or >160 beats/min, they need to be alert to the possibility of intrauterine hypoxia of the fetus and should be evaluated for etiology in time. When the fetal heart is formed, it is still in the early stage of pregnancy, when the fetal development is still unstable, pregnant women need to pay extra attention, do not exercise strenuously, strengthen diet and nutrition, it is recommended to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, keep bowel movements smooth, it is recommended to eat less spicy, stimulating and easy to fire food. It is recommended to have regular ultrasound examinations to observe the development of the fetus, as well as to avoid blind medication and stay away from radiation, toxic and harmful environments.
