The cause of morbidity may be related to infection, food, drugs, flowers, vaccination and other related factors. The distribution range of allergic purpura is most common and frequent mainly in the distal limbs and buttocks, relatively rare in the trunk, and the skin purpura around the knees, ankles, and elbows is the most intensive.
