How to treat allergic purpura

The treatment of allergic purpura includes elimination of causative factors, general treatment and targeted treatment.
1. Elimination of causative factors: the cause of the disease should be actively searched for, such as avoiding taking suspicious drugs.
2. General treatment
(1) General treatment: bed rest should be paid attention to in the acute stage; fasting should be done when accompanied by gastrointestinal bleeding.
(2) Antihistamines: commonly used, including iproniazine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine, loratadine, and so on.
(3) Drugs to improve vascular permeability: including vitamin C, triclabendazole and so on.
(3) Targeted treatment: atropine or scopolamine can be given to those with severe abdominal pain for oral treatment; those with vomiting blood and bloody stools can apply omeprazole to inhibit gastrointestinal bleeding.
4. Hormone therapy: Prednisone can be taken orally, and methylprednisolone can be used for impact therapy if bleeding is serious.
The use of specific drugs should be under the guidance of the doctor. If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time for diagnosis and treatment.
