What physical symptoms can occur in allergic purpura

Symptoms of purpura mainly include antecedent symptoms, skin damage and other concomitant symptoms.
1. Prodromal symptoms: Before the onset of purpura, there are often prodromal symptoms, commonly including upper respiratory tract infection, low fever, general malaise and so on.
2. Skin damage: Early on, it may be a red papule, which later develops into purpura of pinpoint to soybean size. Some of them may be fused or accompanied by petechiae.
3. Other symptoms: some of the joints may be swollen and painful, which is called “joint type”; some of them are accompanied by pain around the umbilicus and lower abdomen, nausea, vomiting, etc., which is called “abdominal type”, and in severe cases, there may be gastrointestinal bleeding and intussusception.
There are individual differences in the clinical manifestations of patients with purpura, and it is recommended that they consult a doctor in time for diagnosis and treatment if they feel unwell.
