The severity of incomplete right bundle branch block depends on the severity of the primary disease, which is secondary to a variety of heart conditions involving the right heart.
If incomplete right bundle branch block alone is not associated with serious symptoms, it may not require treatment to a certain extent and regular monitoring is sufficient. If the primary pathology is mild, incomplete right bundle branch block may be cured with aggressive treatment, but if there is double or triple branch block and a history of syncope, which can lead to severe heart failure or even sudden death, a pacemaker or cardiac resynchronisation therapy is required.
