There is no clinical treatment for incomplete right bundle branch block. Incomplete right bundle branch block belongs to the analysis of cardiac arrhythmias in cardiology. It means that the heart’s sinus node issues instructions for the heart to beat, and the downward conduction process should be divided into two pathways, the left bundle branch and the right bundle branch, to communicate simultaneously and eventually cause the heart’s ventricles to beat. However, because of the incomplete block in the right bundle branch, there is an interruption in the signal transmission, but as long as the left bundle branch remains intact, normal heartbeat transmission can still take place, resulting in a normal heartbeat. Therefore, incomplete right bundle branch block does not require treatment and cannot be prevented or controlled with medication. If the patient goes from incomplete right bundle branch block to complete right bundle branch block with intermittent or persistent left bundle branch block, then the patient needs proper medical intervention. The correct medical intervention is when the patient has multiple bundle branch block and a pacemaker is implanted to help stop the heart, while simple incomplete right bundle branch block requires no treatment and only close observation.
