Deferiprone tablet polyp expulsion

Deferiprone tablets are used to promote the discharge of polyps, which are usually referred to as intrauterine polyps. They are usually used for fetus preservation, menstrual regulation, and promotion of endometrial proliferation. For endometrial polyps that are particularly small and grow in the functional layer of the endometrium, consideration can be given to taking dydrogesterone tablets during the second half of the menstrual cycle to promote the complete exfoliation of the endometrium and help the polyps to be discharged together with the endometrium, but it should be noted that this is not a direct treatment of endometrial polyps with dydrogesterone tablets, but only an indirect adjunct. Therefore, for other larger, multiple intrauterine polyps, hysteroscopic surgery should be considered to remove them directly in order to achieve a complete cure. For women with intrauterine polyps, the size and number of intrauterine polyps as well as clinical symptoms are used to determine whether to remove them. However, if the menstrual flow is heavy, it is better to choose to remove the polyps to avoid prolonged vaginal bleeding, which in turn causes anemia, resulting in headache, dizziness, nausea, weakness and other symptoms, and a small percentage of patients with polyps without excluding the possibility of malignant transformation.
