There are generally 3 types of ectopic pregnancy treatment: expectant treatment, drug conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Expectant treatment is generally indicated for those with mild pain, low bleeding, reliable follow-up, blood HCG <1000mIU/ml and continues to decline, tubal pregnancy mass <3cm, no intra-abdominal bleeding and no evidence of tubal pregnancy rupture. Conservative pharmacological treatment is indicated for: no contraindication to pharmacological treatment, tubal pregnancy mass <3cm, blood HCG <3000mIU/ml, no obvious internal bleeding, tubal pregnancy without rupture or miscarriage. Surgical treatment: those with unstable basic vital condition or signs of intra-abdominal bleeding, or those with unclear diagnosis, or those with blood HCG >3000mIU/ml, or mass >3cm, or those with contraindications to expectant therapy or drug conservative therapy.
