General knowledge about fractional laser scar removal

“Ultra Pulsed Fractional” is a minimally invasive laser. Its wrinkle reduction and skin rejuvenation effects are comparable to those of a surgical facelift, with minimal trauma and short recovery time. The theory of “Ultra Pulsed Fractional” is derived from the theory of fractional photothermolysis proposed by Rox Anderson, an expert in photomedicine at Harvard University in 2004. Unlike conventional lasers with large spots, the “Super Pulsed Fractional” emits a matrix of thin, hair-like laser beams. These beams can penetrate directly into the dermis. They instantly vaporize the tissue in the wrinkles or scars and send a strong signal for collagen synthesis, which initiates a series of skin reactions such as tissue repair and collagen rearrangement. The fresh collagen is then reproduced and regenerated to make the skin firm and glowing, wrinkles are reduced, bags under the eyes disappear, and scars are calmed down. At the same time of skin rejuvenation and wrinkle removal, the large pigment plaques are blasted into dust, which is either eliminated from the body with the skin flakes or gradually transported away with the lymphatic circulation, thus achieving the effect of removing spots and whitening. More importantly, the stem cells located in the dermis and on the appendages (hair follicles, sweat glands, sebaceous glands) of the skin are activated, starting the journey of skin rejuvenation from the source. During the treatment, only the areas directly penetrated by the laser form a matrix of small white dots. The skin around these dots immediately activates the lateral repair mechanism and within 8 hours the epidermis is completely healed and can be washed and bathed within 24 hours. 3-6 days or so, the scabs at the dots fall off and the skin returns to its normal appearance. However the internal collagen regeneration can take up to 6 months or even 6 years. The “Ultra Pulse Fractional” treatment is very safe and can cover any part of the body. Indications include various wrinkles (forehead lines, frown lines, wrinkles around the eyes, wrinkles around the mouth, neck lines, abdominal stretch marks, etc.), sagging skin, drooping eyelids, eye bags, acne marks, various scarring (trauma scars, burn scars, stitching scars), and pigmentation. This technology has been certified by the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) of China, and its efficacy has been widely recognized by the medical aesthetic community. Post-treatment care and precautions: On the second day after surgery, if there is no oozing from the treatment area, you can wash your face gently with warm water. It is recommended to cleanse 4 times a day and apply topical care products immediately after each cleaning (doctor’s recommendation). Avoid makeup, functional cosmetics, and strenuous sports for 48 hours after treatment. Avoid sun exposure throughout the treatment period and sunscreen (SPF>30) must be used. Do not use other medications and cosmetics without your doctor’s consent.
