It is not cervical spondylosis to feel a popping sound when you move your neck. The popping sound is caused by the ligamentous tissues of the neck rubbing against the bone structure when you move your neck. When bones collide with each other, it’s not just a popping sound. If you don’t know what it feels like, then go and find two stones and hit them against each other. If the small joints of the cervical spine are suddenly dislocated and stuck, the cervical spine cannot move.
