There are two methods of breast augmentation, one is the application of autologous fat particles injection transplantation, the advantage of this method is that there is no rejection, the fat is permanent after survival; however, it also has shortcomings, that is, the fat survival rate is very low, it requires many operations to achieve better results, the fat that does not survive may become fibrous tissue, the formation of local hard nodes and nodules, there will be some impact on the breast physical examination. Another method is to apply breast implant augmentation, which has three different incisions: areola incision, inframammary fold incision and axillary incision, and the breast implant can be placed in the posterior hiatus of the breast and the posterior hiatus of the pectoralis major muscle respectively, the advantage is that it can be formed in one time, the shape effect is very good, and it does not affect breastfeeding; the disadvantage is that there may be rejection reaction, and if the reaction is heavy, it needs to be removed.
