Nursing measures for common postpartum breast problems 1, nipple pain Nipple pain is mostly caused by cracked nipples, mainly manifested as cracks and ulcers of varying sizes on the surface of the nipple, or skin erosion. Nipple breakage is mainly due to the new mother’s nipple delicate and the baby to contain the nipple improperly caused by two reasons. Nursing tips: nipple flat or inverted breasts, since the beginning of pregnancy should be corrected, the specific method is to clean the breast, with the thumb and middle and forefinger to grasp the nipple, pulling outward, repeat 10 to 20 times, 2 to 3 times a day.
