(A) Ectopic pregnancy interventional treatment efficacy and advantages Combined interventional and Chinese herbal medicine treatment of tubal pregnancy has a high cure rate (93%). Although the difference in cure rate between the two groups is not statistically significant compared with interventional treatment alone, the combined interventional and Chinese herbal medicine treatment can significantly shorten the time for abdominal pain to disappear, vaginal bleeding, mass to disappear and blood β-HCG to return to normal. The combined application of Chinese herbal remedies with blood activation and elimination of blood stasis, elimination of Y and killing embryos can improve local blood circulation, promote necrosis, liquefaction and absorption of embryonic vesicles and shorten the course of disease, which is worth promoting in clinical practice. (2) Indications for ectopic pregnancy intervention 1. no contraindication to drug treatment; 2. tubal pregnancy without rupture or miscarriage; 3. tubal pregnancy mass ≤4cm in diameter; 4. blood β-HCG <2000mIU/mL; 5. no obvious internal bleeding.
