Infiltrative lung cancer, in which cancer cells invade the tissue surrounding the infiltrating lung and the cancer cells grow around the infiltrating lung, resulting in a malignant tumor in the lung. Many lung cancer patients develop invasive lung cancer from carcinoma in situ.
Infiltrative lung cancer may present with symptoms such as coughing, coughing up blood, chest tightness, and dyspnea, mostly in the lungs with irregular morphology and unsmooth margins. The initial diagnosis can usually be made by tumor markers, chest CT, bronchoscopy, etc., and a lung cell biopsy is used to finally determine if the cancer is present.
Invasive lung cancer, initially the cancer cells appear mostly in the bronchi. As the cancer cells grow infiltratively, the cancer cells will gradually invade into the lungs and even the lymphatic vessels, and because of their pro-infiltrative nature, the cancer cells will quickly form tumors in the lungs.
Patients with pro-invasive lung cancer are mostly associated with poor personal habits in general. The most important thing is to keep away from polluted air, to avoid smoking, to avoid going out in hazy weather, and to wear a mask when you have to go out; and to pay attention to a healthy diet and eat more lung-boosting foods.
