Definition: The penis is concealed under the skin and has a short appearance. Etiology and pathophysiology: Obese older children and adolescents: excessive obesity causes the penile body to be buried by abundant fat in the lower abdomen, mostly seen in infants and young children: mostly congenital concealed penis, due to poor elasticity of the meatus, the penile skin is not fixed in the deep fascia resulting in limited penile extension. Clinical manifestations: The penis is concealed under the skin, short in appearance, and the distance between the foreskin opening and the root of the penis is short; the foreskin resembles a bird’s beak wrapped around the penis and is not attached to the penis body, short on the dorsal side and long on the ventral side, with more inner plates and less outer plates. Hold the penis with your hand while pushing the surrounding skin back, it can show the normal penile body. Treatment principles: 1, can turn up the foreskin to reveal the glans, can be without surgery; obesity caused by the hidden penis through weight control at the same time, with the age of puberty more gradually improved; 2, surgery: older combined with prepuce and small foreskin mouth and turn out the foreskin to reveal the glans difficulties. 3, the purpose of surgery: expand the foreskin mouth, expose the head of the penis; should pay attention to not simply do circumcision, so as not to reduce the penile skin; should perform penile circumcision.
