How can I tell if I have air conditioning?

It can generally be judged from the following aspects.
Easy to catch a cold. When the air-conditioning temperature is set too low, resulting in a large temperature difference between indoors and outdoors often causes flu, runny nose, wind chill and other illnesses.
Prone to skin lesions. Air-conditioning cooling can lead to dry indoor air, which in turn can cause a lack of moisture in the skin, making it prone to cracking, peeling and dermatitis, or feeling itchy, red and swollen skin and prone to allergies.
Irregular menstruation. The lower temperatures can cause the uterine body to become cold, which can lead to irregular menstrual cycles, reduced menstrual flow and dysmenorrhoea in mild cases and early menstrual closure in severe cases, leading to infertility.
General discomfort. Dizziness, headache, fever, fatigue, chills, muscle aches, mental discomfort and memory loss can easily occur. When you experience these discomforts, you should seek medical attention to rule out other diseases with the help of blood tests and X-rays.
