Diagnosis of pus and blood leucorrhea

  Women have a small amount of clear, milky white discharge from the vagina since puberty, and as they grow older, the vaginal outflow gradually increases, and this fluid is called leukorrhea. When suffering from certain gynecological diseases, the amount and nature of leucorrhea will change. Blood in the leucorrhea is an inflammatory symptom of leucorrhea abnormalities, which is a signal of female internal genital diseases and should be taken seriously. Routine examination of leukorrhea can confirm the diagnosis. Cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical polyp or submucosal myoma should be considered. The placement of intrauterine device can also cause bloody leucorrhea. Inflammatory leucorrhea 1, leucorrhea is milky white or yellowish, purulent, with high volume, smelly, mostly accompanied by abdominal pain, usually caused by chronic cervicitis or endocervicitis, etc.  2, yellow or yellow-green leucorrhoea, thin and foamy, or like rice slop, grayish white, leucorrhoea with odor, mostly caused by vaginal trichomonas.  3, with gonorrhea, the leucorrhea is yellow pus-like.  4, the leucorrhea secreted by the amoeba infection is mostly presented as: plasma or yellow mucous secretion with blood, sometimes mixed with tiny rotten flesh-like material (looks like yellow sauce soup).  5, the leucorrhoea is yellowish white, mostly sticky in texture, sometimes thin in texture, typically milky white, like bean curd-like, or like curd-like white flakes or lumps, mostly caused by mold infection.  6. If there is blood in the leucorrhoea, it is commonly found in cervical polyps, IUD-induced side effects, submucosal fibroids, severe chronic cervicitis, etc.
