What happened to the headache and dry heaving?

Headache and dry vomiting are mainly seen in intracranial infections, hypertension, acute attacks of glaucoma, etc., as follows: First, intracranial infections: patients can have headache with fever, nausea, some even have limb convulsions, and need to go to the hospital for cranial MRI or lumbar puncture to clarify. Second, hypertension: patients should be asked if they have high blood pressure. If the blood pressure is not well controlled, headache, nausea and vomiting may occur and need to be dealt with by lowering the blood pressure. Third, acute attack of glaucoma: ask the patient if there is ipsilateral eye swelling, eye pain, blurred vision. Some patients with acute attack of glaucoma show headache, dryness and vomiting, accompanied by ipsilateral eye pain.
