There are more causes of uterine bleeding, such as dysfunctional uterine bleeding, uterine submucous fibroid, preeclampsia, endometrial cancer and so on.

2. Uterine submucous fibroid: uterine fibroid grows under the mucous membrane and protrudes into the uterine cavity, resulting in an increase in the area of the uterine lining and causing abnormal uterine bleeding.
3. Pre-eclampsia: Uterine bleeding in the early stage of pregnancy may be a symptom of pre-eclampsia, which is often accompanied by lower abdominal pain and other symptoms.
4. Endometrial cancer: malignant lesions of the endometrium, such as endometrial cancer, may also lead to shedding of the endometrium and abnormal uterine bleeding.
