How long can babies swim after vaccination

After vaccination, it is generally recommended to swim after 3 days in order to avoid local infection due to incomplete healing of the eye of the needle. After vaccination, endotoxin reaction will occur in the body, producing immune complexes of antigen and antibody. After vaccination, it is necessary to keep the eye of the needle dry, clean and hygienic and not to scratch; pay attention to proper rest and not to exercise strenuously to facilitate antibody formation; drink more hot water and do not eat cold and greasy food. After vaccination, infants may have fever, rash, redness, swelling, heat, pain and other reactions at the vaccination site, so pay attention to observation and go to the hospital in time for serious cases. However, if the baby inadvertently swims within 3 days after the vaccination, there is no need to worry excessively, as the baby has a certain immunity and is generally not seriously affected, and attention should be paid to local disinfection with 75% alcohol after swimming.
