  Diagnostic criteria for neurotic vomiting.
Refers to a group of psychiatric disorders characterized by spontaneous or intentionally induced recurrent vomiting, with the vomit being the food just ingested. It is not accompanied by other obvious symptoms, vomiting is often related to psychosocial factors, no organic lesion as the basis, there may be fear of gaining weight and losing weight, but no significant weight loss.  Diagnostic criteria] 1. Spontaneous or intentionally induced vomiting that occurs repeatedly after eating, with the vomit being the food just eaten; 2. Insignificant weight loss (weight remains above 80% of the normal average weight value); 3. Fear of gaining or losing weight may be present; 4. neurosis, etc.
