What is the best medicine for baby eczema

Pediatric eczema, also known as hereditary allergic dermatitis, is a chronic, recurrent skin disease. Children with eczema start with a red, flaky rash, followed by rough, flaky skin that makes touching the child’s skin like touching sandpaper. Eczema is more pronounced when exposed to heat or humidity. The main cause of pediatric eczema is intolerance or allergy to ingested, inhaled or contacted substances. Environmental factors, especially lifestyle changes (such as excessive washing, diet, infections, environmental changes, etc.) are important risk factors for the development of eczema. The first choice for eczema in babies is topical application of ointments, and the drugs available are: fluoconazole acetate ointment, dexamethasone acetate ointment, compound ketoconazole ointment, trimethoprim ointment, compound dexamethasone acetate ointment, compound econazole nitrate ointment, mometasone furoate ointment, comfrey oil, etc. It is best not to use medicines containing hormones for babies. In terms of eczema care, keep your baby’s affected skin clean and dry; avoid scratching your baby, cut your baby’s nails short and keep them smooth and hygienic; choose cotton products for your baby’s clothes; if you can avoid contact with allergens, most conditions will improve. At the same time, you can apply topical medication to the affected skin under the guidance of a doctor, and generally heal gradually with a week or so of decabbing. If your baby has repeated eczema, you should also consider milk powder and food allergies. You can go to the hospital to check for allergens and isolate them, and consider using probiotics and hydrolyzed milk powder.
