Mucocutaneous rash is commonly associated with syphilis infection and occurs on the chest, abdomen, flanks and back of the trunk, but rarely on the face. Syphilitic pustules can occur in weak and malnourished patients, often accompanied by high fever and systemic symptoms. The prevention of mucosal rash should be done as follows: 1, as with the prevention of other infectious diseases, health promotion and education should be strengthened to oppose inappropriate sexual behavior. 2, track the patient’s sexual partners, including the patient’s self-reported and medical personnel to visit, find all the patient’s sexual contacts, preventive testing, follow-up and necessary treatment, before the cure spouses are absolutely prohibited to have sexual intercourse. 3.Suspected patients should be examined for prevention, do syphilis serologic test, in order to early detection of new patients and timely treatment. 4, found syphilis patients must be forced to isolation treatment. 5.For pregnant women suspected of having syphilis, preventive treatment should be given in time to prevent syphilis infection to the fetus. 6.Unmarried male and female patients should not be married before cure. 7.Patients who have received treatment should be given regular follow-up treatment.
