What is jugular vein irritation?

Jugular vein anger is defined as a marked filling and dilation of the jugular veins above normal height when in a sitting or semi-recumbent position and is called jugular vein anger and is caused by a variety of conditions that cause an increase in jugular vein pressure.
It is important to note that jugular vein anger is not a stand-alone condition, but rather a common manifestation of multiple conditions.
