How to prevent breast milk stasis?

  1. Breastfeeding should be done as early as possible after childbirth.  2. Pay attention to cleaning the nipples and washing away the accumulated dirt at the mouth of the milk ducts. Prevent and actively treat nipple rupture. Keep your breasts clean to prevent bacterial infection.  3, the mother should develop the habit of self-massage breast. Method: One hand holds the breast, the other hand four fingers together, along the milk ducts, to the nipple gently massage, comb and stroke, while gently lifting the nipple several times with the hand to expand the output tube of the nipple. If the breast feels swollen and painful, or if there is a lump on the breast, the technique can be heavier. Lactation should be moderate. Avoid consuming a lot of high-fat and high-nutrient food in a short period of time, and eat less hot food to avoid thickening of milk and stagnation.  6. Keep your mood relaxed and ensure sufficient sleep.
